Can you provide certificate of conformity?
Yes, C of C can be supplied with the goods. The charge is GBP 10.00 per certificate.
Can you supply specification sheets?
Yes, specifications sheets can be supplied on request.
Is your company ISO certified?
Yes, we are certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2015
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (a 5% fee will apply for American Express). We also accept payment by BACS. Payment can also be made by cheques but are subject to a 7 day clearance.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is GBP 100.00 plus 25.00 GBP carriage and handling although delivery surcharges may apply for certain areas.
If the webbing is not a stock item then minimum order quantity will apply. Please enquire for further details.
What is the carriage charge?
UK mainland orders under £300 are subject to a £25 carriage and handling charge. UK mainland orders over £300 will be free delivered. Delivery surcharges may apply for certain areas.

Can I apply for a credit account?
Yes, you can. You can download our credit account application form. Credit account approval will be based on credit scoring.
All transactions will be dealt with on a Proforma basis until your account is approved.
Can you apply finishes on your products?
Yes, we can apply various finishes on our tapes and webbing, such as: Flame retardant, rot proofing, water repellent, oil repellent and many more.
