DESIGN AND SAMPLING

We provide design solutions rather than simply offering a range of standard products. Many of our customers come to us with the objectives they need to achieve or problems they need to resolve. We will work closely with them to provide the most appropriate solution, whether designed specifically or as a variation on a standard item.

• We offer bespoke design solutions with a flexible approach.
• We constantly source new materials to meet industry requirements, such as flame resistant finishes or latex-free products for medical applications.
• We work to approved industry standards for specific products, especially where health and safety is paramount, for example 'fall arrest' products.
• Wherever possible we support the UK by sourcing components domestically, but we will look to worldwide suppliers for specific fittings for specialised assemblies.

As part of our design service we provide free working samples of all commissioned products before commencing production.

• We provide working samples for costing and approval
• All samples are manufactured in-house
• Samples are produced within a 1-2 week period
